yes - don’t rent, buy. right now rates and prices are at all-time lows. keep your credit good and you’ll be able to buy in no time. there are 100% loan programs out there - and 97% programs as well. you only need a few thousand to get you in a home. don’t rent, buy.


Our lot rents run from $125/mo in Campbellsville to $165/mo in Danville. Our referral programs in all communities are - “Have a Friend or Family Member move into one of our Communities - you get $300-$500 cash.” Hope this helps.
